Stretch n Strength
This class incorporates both yoga and pilates techniques to improve flexibility, strengthen your core, and balance your workout regimen. A great way for you to recover from your intense workouts and to improve your over all fitness performance. Flexibility training is one thing that most participants tend to neglect and do not make time in their fitness programs for this type of training. Stretching and holding certain body poses can prevent injuries, improve posture, and help you to recover. A mat will be used along with optional bands and/or stability balls. Reward your muscles with this half hour!
