Zumba

A Latin Dance Aerobics class that has been Hot since 2001 when it was established by Beto Perez. He brought together all different kinds of dance rhythms to formulate an easy to follow exhilarating Dance Aerobics class. Dance rhythms include the Salsa, Merengue, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Soca, etc. This high energy class leaves you wanting more! This class is for participants of all levels. Modifications and different levels of intensity are offered and encouraged. Zumba will increase cardiovascular endurance, tone your upper and lower body, and give you the energy you want!
