1st Workout

You are eligible to do a 1st workout with a Trainer. This workout will help orient you with the facility and guide you on the correct path to meeting your fitness goals.

 

Group Fitness Classes

We have a variety of classes that will help you maximize your workouts, stay motivated, and even relax (yoga)! ALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES!

 

Kid’s Club

During scheduled session times our childcare facility is available for members with children. A clean, fun, and safe environment for children to stay during your workouts.

 

Locker Rooms

2 Beautiful spacious full service locker rooms (health club & aquatic center have individual locker rooms) with Shower facilities, Steam Rooms, Saunas, Lockers, etc.

A FAMILY BATHROOM IN THE AQUATIC CENTER TO ACCOMODATE FAMILIES!

 

Gym Towel Service

We offer gym towels to use during your workouts

We offer Individual, Spouse, and Family Memberships starting as low as $55 month. Enrollment is based on the membership term that you choose. Discounts are offered to students, seniors, and spouse/family memberships.

 

Corporate Membership Options:

 

Please feel free to inquiry about starting a Corporate Membership for you and your staff! Offering your staff a membership or a discounted membership can increase their morale, improve their energy levels and production, and enhance their overall health and wellness. This is an inexpensive incentive program for your employees.
