Swimming & all things water fitness have been a huge part of my life since I began swimming competitively at the age of 8. My own fitness journey began after the birth of my second son & my passion has become showing people that exercise & movement can be fun & enjoyable, & seeing people not only meet their goals, but have a good time doing it is such a joy!
