AQUA AEROBICS DESCRIPTIONS

Aqua Fit: Aerobics meets attitude- Intense workout in the water including power drills, speed bursts and strength exercises.

Deep Water Fitness: Water exercises in deep end of Warm Water Pool. Flotation devices available.

Liquid Cardio: Get Pumpin’ with this high energy cardio & strength workout in the water! Improve Cardio, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility all with minimal stress on joints & NO Impact

Belly Up to the Pool Barre: This Barre class takes place in the pool! Combines Pilates, yoga, & Ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles – with NO impact!

H2O Shallow & Deep: Combo of Shallow & Deep Water Exercises. Flotations available.

Hydrospin: Cycling under water on our Hydrospin Bikes…

Deep Water Running: Utilizing flotation devices to get run utilizing minimal impact, stride technique, great cardio workout, core engagement, & good for rehab training.

Swim n Slim: Bursts of moderate to high intensity cardio segments with muscle conditioning exercises in shallow water with stretching & Cool down in the Warm Water Pool!

Hiit the Water: Intervals of Muscle Conditioning & Cardio to strengthen your muscles & your heart!

Aqua Dance: Join in the fun! Work your entire body while you move to the beat of the music! We will incorporate a variety of musical genres to get everyone moving and grooving…

Water Boot Camp: Ready. S.E.T. Go H2O! Strength. Endurance. Training. This class combines a mix of high intensity cardio with the benefits of weight & resistance training, along with core training segments, that will give you a full body workout with minimum joint impact. Weights, shallow end exercises, deep water exercises & some deck movement are all incorporated. Get ready! Get set! Let's go!!! Water shoes & goggles recommended, but definitely not required.

The Circuit Equipment is available for those who would like to participate in a muscle conditioning program.  It is important that everyone include some form of muscle conditioning in their fitness regimen...

We offer a large variety of cardiovascular equipment that can meet anyone’s fitness needs. Many of our pieces of equipment offer no impact, a variety of different fitness programs, and are user friendly...muscle conditioning in their fitness regimen...

Our goal is for every member to feel 100% comfortable while participating in their fitness routine. For those women who would prefer to work out in a more private and reserved area we have provided a circuit area, cardiovascular equipment, and abdominal area to help enhance your fitness experience. Women may utilize the provided Paramount circuit equipment, Star Trac Treadmills and recumbent bikes, or utilize the many pieces of fitness equipment in the Women’s Only area. 

During scheduled session times our childcare facility is available for members with children. A clean, fun, and safe environment for children to stay during your workouts...grab your audience's attention...

2 Beautiful spacious full service locker rooms (health club & aquatic center have individual locker rooms) with Shower facilities, Steam Rooms, Saunas, Lockers, etc. A FAMILY BATHROOM IN THE AQUATIC CENTER TO ACCOMODATE FAMILIES!

Solid Wood lockers are available for daily use and for monthly rentals. Members may provide themselves with their own lock in order to store their belongings during their workouts or choose to Rent lockers on a monthly basis to store their necessary items. Club One is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Saunas.  Saunas have several benefits such as weight control, increased circulation, strengthens

Immune system, releases toxins and impurities from the blood, increases metabolism, and is a

Natural mood enhancer. In 30 minutes or less you can boost your overall health!

Finish off your workout with an amazing Steam room experience which will leave you relaxed and revitalized! A few of the many benefits of the steam room are it will release your toxins, faster recovery after strenuous workouts, elevates your body temperature and Heart rate to increase your metabolism, and relieves stress.n 30 minutes or less you can boost your overall health!

Each locker room is equipped with spacious showers constructed from beautiful  natural stone tiles and are privately enclosed with solid wood doors. Each shower has its only supply of quality hair and body wash for the convenience of our members.

Elegant Granite vanities are provided in each locker room for our members. For the convenience of our members Hair Dryers are available in each locker room for daily use. You will look forward to getting ready for work or pampering yourself after a long day with the amenities in the locker room and body wash for the convenience of our members.
